ゲンは大手 Electronics manufacturer（電機メーカー）の若手開発manager（管理者）で、日々、忙しい日々を過ごしています。
ある日、beauty device（美容機器）のnew product（新製品）をいくつかlaunch（発売する）することが決まり、 彼はチームをまとめることになりました。
ある朝のconference（会議）ではagenda（議題）を確認し、budget（予算）やcontract（契約）の調整を指示しています。
それぞれの関連department（部門）にassignment（任務）をdelegate（委任する）し、
deadline（締め切り）までにproposal（提案）をsubmit（提出する）よう伝えました。

Story 1: Gen Launches a New Project!
Gen is a young project manager at a major electronics manufacturer and lives a busy life every day.
One day, it was decided that they would launch some new beauty devices, and he was put in charge of bringing the team together.
At the morning conference, he reviewed the agenda and gave instructions to adjust the budget and contracts.
He delegated assignments to each relevant department and told them to submit their proposals by the deadline.
Gen was confident in his leadership.

Today, she is scheduled to propose a new service to a major client.
Yui carefully prepared her presentation and captivated the audience.
Whenever representatives from the client’s side gave comments or asked questions, she answered politely and gained their approval.
In the end, the meeting progressed to negotiating a contract.
Yui gave a triumphant fist pump on the spot.
